These past 18 months have been challenging for all of us in so many ways. Now more than ever we at Oom Yung Doe Kirkland believe that Traditional Martial Arts practice helps build strong community bonds and promotes better health and quality of life. We've seen students reduce their stress, gain flexibility and mobility, and generally improve their lives. We give children a safe space to develop confidence and body awareness as well as offering Women's Self Defense courses and so much more.

Our goal is to expand our Traditional Martial Arts Community with a new physical location in the Redmond area. This will allow more people to have access to our programs such as Stress Relief, Injury Recovery, Senior Mobility, Anti-bullying and more. We are dedicating our Giving Tuesday Donations to getting our Redmond location opened and updating the training equipment. Any additional funds raised will go toward Scholarship Programs and Low Income Training Programs. You can help by donating to our 2021 Giving Tuesday Campaign now.
